Red shrimp, black cod and Andalusian-style tripe stew. Is it craziness or a total success? It’s both. Creativity is what leads us to imagine it, create it and try it. And get it right! More than 100 years ago our great-grandfather was already making cod tripe, because his recipes were as groundbreaking in 1915 as those of a restaurant with three Michelin stars can be now. The inspiration then is our guide now.

We always put the best on the table, with proposals that adapt to the seasons. We were the first company from Malaga to be recognised with the ‘Sabor a Málaga’ label for our firm commitment to local recipes and products, and we wear it with pride.

Innovative Kitchen

As a result of the collaboration with the famous chef from Sollun, Juan Quintanilla (1* Michelin, Skina, Marbella) our first menu ‘Experience’ emerged: recipes where the mixture of surprising flavours always works. We said, “Why not reinvent the Malaga cuisine?” this is when the creations started like the tiraditos de jureles with mango; lasaña de chivo al Ras-al-hanout, or the atún picante with coconut ajoblanco…
