We make local creative cuisine, however with our feet firmly on the ground: there is nothing quite like a good skewer of sardines from La Caleta or a Gazpacho soup as long as the product is the best. Our speciality is traditional cuisine from Andalusia and Malaga, but we are always looking to surprise by innovation from the best recipes. “It is Andalusian cuisine freely reinterpreted,” says Dani Morales, our executive chef.

Mangoa Catering is committed to the development of the most disadvantaged rural areas in the province of Malaga thanks to its agreements with producers, farmers and small local fishing companies. In this way, we work with the best seasonal and locally sustainable products. We opt for local wine production, native meat and forgotten recipes to give them a space and dissemination in the best events and thus collaborate in their long-term sustainability.
Seasonal
A consequence of our commitment with the environment and us opting for the land, Mangoa has a line of organic catering with certified products. Not only is using organic products a symptom of social responsibility, but also the firm commitment to seasonal products allows us to always put forward the best in each moment. That’s why our proposals are adapted to the seasons, with menu designs based on products, not the other way around.
Taste of Malaga
Mangoa Catering has its own headquarters in Torre del Mar, with fully equipped industrial kitchens of more than 1,000 square meters that serve as both a production centre and a venue for ideas: in that small geographical corner between Malaga and Granada is where all the ideas emerge and your dream foods are prepared. We were the first company from Malaga to be recognised with the 'Sabor a Málaga' (taste of Malaga) label for our firm commitment to local recipes and products, the basis of our cuisine.

Aware of the dietary changes of the new generations and their concern for health, all our menus are adapted to gluten-free, dairy-free or other diets, trying to go beyond the European directives that simply require giving information about the allergens. To begin, what if we offer a dairy-free or gluten-free banquet that everyone enjoys equally?

Dishes and Menus. Surprising you every season
We have been gathering ideas for dishes for years and we never stop creating new menus. The creation process encompasses many of us, and that’s why it gives very good results; the Vanesa-Eduardo duo devises, searches, analysis and tests. Pamela gets the best products. Dani creates and recreates. Vanesa puts the ‘icing on cake’ then everything starts again... This is how we manage to surprise you each and every year with recipes dating back to 1915!
